Outfitted with bespoke shock-absorbing pneumatic suspension and thermal wooden boxes, our couriers glide along the canal bike lanes swiftly, parking right at stoops without idling exhaust or street obstruction.
Hydration While Rolling: The Aqua-Pod Guarantee
Many traditional couriers deliver bouquets "dry," banking on the recipient immediately trimming the stems. If the recipient is in an afternoon meeting or away from home for two hours, the flowers begin vascular collapse that permanently shortens their indoor life.
Every bouquet leaving our Keizersgracht workshop is fitted with our proprietary biodegradable hydration pod: a natural cellulose reservoir loaded with chilled, clean water and natural mineral nutrients. Even if your recipient leaves the gift standing on their entryway console for eight hours, the stems remain fully hydrated and cool.

What Happens When No One Answers the Door?
Amsterdam’s historic staircases and busy lifestyles require clear operational protocols. Our couriers follow a three-tier delivery care protocol:
- Direct Hand-Off: Couriers ring the bell and personally hand the wrapped bouquet to the recipient, never leaving stems exposed on sidewalks.
- Verified Canal Neighbor: If the recipient is momentarily out, we check with immediate adjacent neighbors, obtaining a signature and leaving a calligraphed notification card in the recipient’s mailbox indicating exactly which door holds their flowers.
- Safe Atelier Return: If weather is adverse and neighbors are unavailable, the parcel returns to our Keizersgracht atelier cold-room. We notify the sender immediately by SMS and email to coordinate a complimentary second delivery attempt.

We provide scheduled morning deliveries for boutique canal hotels, private law chambers, design agencies, and gallery spaces. Our team replaces vessels, freshens conditioning water, and removes expiring stems on weekly standing agreements.
